i just finished watching the rest of pride and prejudice with colin firth and jennifer ehle. so good. though i have to admit there are somethings that i love about the 2005 version. like when elizabeth first gets the letter about the elopement and she keeps going in and out of the doors. but it was great to watch a longer version that had all of the daughters and a lot more of everything.
my computer decided to let my dvd drive work! so i got to watch persuasion (with amanda root and ciaran hinds.) now i'm watching the first half of the bbc pride and prejudice with colin firth as mr. darcy.
have a drawing of anne elliot. one of my favorite austen heroines!
everyone thinks Anne is a spinster cause she's like 27.
i wonder if i'll be able to even get through half of this movie tonight. hmn a whole nother hour to watch before part 2.

i've been spending like the past two hours watching musical numbers on the youtubs. pretty awesome to see all that technicolor. also how much gay purr-ee has influenced my aesthetics.
anyways have a drawing of a character that kinda forced her way into my drawing time.
more about her when i actually draw her story. but i'm already thinking that will be done in watercolor. yay painting fun!
also have this video that i've watched like 3 times tonight. one night my mom and i were up late watching jimmy kimmel or something and we noticed this movie was on tv. neither of us had seen it before so we stayed up to watch it. or most of it. i love the costumes and the musical numbers. i mean the afterlife stuff was just so inspiring. also its almost june!
i drew a house today! i'm proud of myself. also did more ink and brush work but really everything was practice stuff today.
so here, have a house:
i feel like that lame sunday paper comic. awesome.

i was watching matrix yesterday with the family and at one point we all got really quiet. of course I was the one to break the silence by laughing. but any-who, what had happened was that we all had the simultaneous thought that my cousin (whose current wardrobe is between mafia and hot topic) is actually aspiring to be keanu reeves.
its really uncomfortable to hold your hands like that. also its weird that keanu does that leg thing. its not cool.
unfortunately he's a bit short and a bit uh.... i dont even know if he owns a computer.
