yesterday was my mother's birthday and we had a quiet albeit hot day (it was like upper 90's/lower 100's and we don't have air conditioning!). when i get overheated i tend to get headaches. headaches that are made worse by the fact that when its hot the last thing i want to do is eat or drink. i'd rather just wallow in uncomfortableness and wish it wasn't so hot.
the nice thing about it being so hot was that the older dog got to actually spend his day indoors. and since he's so clean and such a sweet dog (when he isnt barking) its really nice to pet him.
